BIO

As a lawyer and former Registered Nurse, Ms. Dudley has spent her practice focusing on case analysis, expert retention, complex personal injury, medical malpractice, pharmaceutical and device litigation.  Ms. Dudley practiced 7 years in clinical nursing, including one year as a Director of Nursing; then spent the next 20 years practicing as a nurse paralegal [over a decade working up medical malpractice cases and 12 years managing  pharmaceutical and device mass tort cases].  As of 2004, upon graduation from law school, her practice has focused for the last decade on pharmaceutical and device mass tort cases located all over the country, along with medical negligence and qui tam [whistleblower] cases.

Ms. Dudley represents individual clients from all over the state of Kansas and nationwide.  Attorney Dudley has been appointed to various national & state plaintiff’s Science/Expert and/or Discovery committees,involving various defective drugs and devices, including Silicone Breast Implants [as Nurse Consultant], Fen-Phen, Bextra, Celebrex, Vioxx, Yaz, Yasmin, Ocella,  and performed common benefit work related to complex medical-scientific issues, clinical studies,expert preparation, bellweather case selection, depositions and related issues.  Attorney Dudley also joint ventures with various law firms on various personal injury cases,mass tort common benefit work and provides Plaintiffs Fact Sheet services.
